With Ryan Gosling still woefully unable to play a teenage girl, Elle Fanning has reportedly been given the lead in Nicolas Winding Refn's latest. According to
The Wrap, the 16-year-old actress will star in
Neon Demon, Refn's movie that was
previously describe as an L.A. set "horror film about vicious beauty." The director said of the casting, "Elle Fanning is a super cool wonder woman and I look forward to going on a terrifying trip with her into
The Neon Demon." So continues Refn's tradition of
giving us a false sense of who's playing Wonder Woman.
